The FAAC S418 Residential
Swing Gate Operator

The Model S418 swing gate operator is designed for light single family residential use. In the event of power failure, a battery back-up unit will automatically open the gate. A hinged, lockable, weather resistant, UL Listed fiberglass control panel operates the 24 V gate operator.
